Original artworks and photographic works displayed on the website are existing, finished works unless otherwise stated.

Art prints and bespoke artworks are produced to order.

Where a bespoke artwork is discussed, a written quote will be provided and will be valid for 15 days from the date issued.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full, or, in the case of bespoke artworks, once the agreed deposit has been received.

Prices for original artworks, art prints, and photographic works are stated on the website and available to purchase directly.

Prices are shown in GBP. VAT is not currently charged.

Delivery and packaging costs will be clearly stated at checkout or within your order confirmation where applicable.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for artworks, art prints, and photographic works.

For bespoke artworks, pricing is confirmed by written quotation. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the bespoke artwork, with the remaining balance payable on completion prior to collection or dispatch.

Bespoke artworks are created by request and developed through a collaborative process.

Estimated timeframes for bespoke artworks are typically 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and requirements.

Artworks are delivered via a tracked or signed-for service unless otherwise agreed.

Collection may be available by prior arrangement.

Risk passes to the customer once the artwork has been delivered or collected.

Orders for existing, non-bespoke artworks may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an artwork has been dispatched or collected, cancellations are no longer possible, except where required by law.

Care guidance for artworks and bespoke artworks is provided on the Donna Andronicos Art website. This guidance should be followed to help maintain the condition of the work.

Original artworks and bespoke artworks are supplied with appropriate hanging attachments and are ready for wall mounting.

Art prints and photographic prints are supplied unframed and will require framing by the customer.

Donna Andronicos Art provides guidance only on the handling and care of artworks and does not offer installation or framing services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that fixings, surfaces, and installation methods are suitable for their artwork and chosen location.

Donna Andronicos Art cannot be held responsible for damage arising from handling, framing, installation, or display.

There may be slight colour variation between images viewed on screen and the final artwork due to differences in device display settings.

Natural variations in materials, finishes, and surfaces may occur and are considered part of the character of the work.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of damage incurred during transit.

If you believe your artwork has a fault, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including visual evidence.

Damage resulting from handling, installation, environmental conditions, or placement is not considered a fault.

All artworks, prints and photographic images remain the copyright of Donna Andronicos.

Purchase of an artwork, art print or photographic image does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artworks may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Donna Andronicos.

Donna Andronicos Art accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with an artwork.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork where legally permitted.

International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to quotation and availability.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable to international deliveries.

Donna Andronicos Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
